Print the attached coupon and bring it to the Independence Day celebration, at Arnold City Park, to receive a $5 discount on armbands that provide unlimited carnival rides.

Just a quick reminder, the City of Arnold's July 4 celebration will begin today, July 3, at Arnold City Park at 4 p.m.

Food vendors and nine carnival rides will be open to the public at that time. There is no parking or admissing fee at the park.

There is a fee for the carnival rides unless people have purchased $15 armbands, with the coupon attached to this article, that provide unlimited rides on Tuesday, July 3.

Without the coupon the armband is $20.

Ride tickets cost $18 for 20 tickets, said an email from Teresa Kohut of Arnold's Parks and Recreation department.

Patch is asking the Rock Community Fire Department whether rainfall, during the day or overnight, would allow the fireworks show for Tuesday or Wednesday night.
