Bare Butt Prankster Makes Threat
An 18-year-old student in St. Charles reportedly removed his pants and underwear and placed his naked behind on the head of another student on Nov. 8, according to the police log. "Once school staff was involved, the suspect threatened to physically harm the victim," the police log said.
This is Never a Good Idea
A woman was arrested Nov. 19 after giving a police officer the middle finger while on St. Charles Main Street. The woman refused to leave the area, was arrested, then kicked the officer, according to the police information.

A man urinated on the passenger side of a police car Nov. 19 while in the breezeway of North Main Street.
A breast pump and GPS were stolen Dec. 3 from vehicles parked in the SSM St. Mary's parking garage. A 1999 Toyota Camry and a 2009 BMW X3 had been broken into. The breast pump later was found in the garage. It appeared to have been discarded.
Missing Queen Reported
A 300-pound plaster bust of Queen Victoria was reported stolen Dec. 8 from the pool area of The Cheshire hotel, 6306 Clayton Rd.
Drive-Off Repeat Offender
Arnold police officers and Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a Black GMC Sierra with Missouri license plates after its driver failed to pay for about $60 in fuel Dec. 30 at the Phillips 66 gas station at 2046 Key West Dr. The vehicle and plates were already in the law enforcement computer database due to prior drive-offs, the police said. The license plates are listed as stolen from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
Prescription for Arrest
Walgreens store management at 776 Jeffco Blvd., said an Arnold woman, 37, while waiting for a prescription, took several items from the store and left without paying. Police found the woman at her residence, booked her at the Arnold Police Department and later released her on a court summons.
Tracking Juvenile Criminals
Arnold police officers responded to a phone call Dec. 26 about people stealing from vehicles parked on Maxville Lane. Upon arriving, police learned the caller prevented several juveniles from stealing from a parked vehicle. The officers found juveniles' footprints in the snow, followed the footprints to a home on Jennifer Lynn Lane, arrested three juveniles and recovered several stolen items.
Making Time in Affton?
An interior clock mechanism was reported stolen in the 8900 block of Laclede Station Road in Affton.
Celebrating Christmas in Affton by Being Naughty
On Dec. 25 police found personal items in the middle of the roadway in the 5000 block of Michael Avenue. Police subsequently located a vehicle with a broken window in the 5100 block of Michael Avenue. Items stolen from the vehicle included the book bag found in the road, as well as other books and personal items.
At 5:50 a.m. Dec. 25 police responded to the 7700 block of Suffolk for a report of items stolen from an unlocked vehicle. In the same block, the driver side window of a second vehicle was broken and the stereo stolen from the dash. A stereo speaker was also stolen from the trunk. Witnesses reported seeing a man standing next to an older model light colored vehicle in the 7700 block of Suffolk at approximately 4:30 a.m., but did not contact police at that time. Items belonging to a resident in the 4300 block of Exeter were also found at the scene. Officers responded to the 4300 block of Exeter and determined that an unlocked vehicle had been stolen from that location. The vehicle was recovered in Crestwood on Dec. 27.
At 6:47 a.m., Dec. 25 police discovered the rear window of a vehicle broken and papers lying in the street in the 7800 block of Garden Avenue. The victim advised that the only thing taken from the vehicle were the papers found in the street.
A man wearing an orange sweatshirt reportedly entered Dierbergs on Dec. 22 and stole more than $400 in King crab legs and lobster tails and left in a Jeep or Trailblazer.
A Busy Burglar Breaks Some Eggs
A 47-year-old woman reported an overnight burglary at her house Dec. 20 in St. Charles. A suspect entered the house, poured shampoo and fingernail polish remover on clothing, and broke eggs under a bed, then stole a bracelet, a camera and Harley-Davidson jacket.
Foul-Mouthed Drunk Arrested in Police Station
Police arrested an intoxicated man in the police station lobby for disturbing the peace after he refused to stop cursing, according to the police log. The incident happened around Dec. 15.
