Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts Coming to Arnold

Plus, Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pasta is scheduled to reopen in its former location off Vogel Road.

Great news for fans of frozen and baked sweet treats - a Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts is coming to Arnold!

The ice cream parlor/donut shop is slated to open in the old Wendy's building at 900 Jeffco Boulevard, said Mary Holden, Arnold's community development director. The building was most recently remodeled into an office suite by RL Jones Properties.

Holden said an exact opening date has not been determined. A conditional use permit for the company is on Thursday's Arnold City Council agenda. There were no signs announcing the new shop when Patch visited on Monday.

Returning to Arnold is Mr. Goodcents Subs & Pasta. It will reopen at its former location on Vogel Road. The restaurant closed a year and a half ago. Holden said she didn't know when the restaurant is scheduled to reopen.

So Arnold friends and neighbors, we'd be remiss if we didn't ask: "What's your favorite flavor of Baskin Robbin's ice cream?" Add your fav flav in the comments section below.

I grew up in Quincy Massachusetts, the home of the first Dunkin Donuts and the first Baskin Robbins! To say I'm excited about this is an under statement! My favorite B/R flavor was Black Raspberry, D/D was Vanilla Creme!

So excited! We were driving out to Kirkwood for our Dunkin' Donut fix until they opened one off Telegraph. The apple spice donuts are my favorite. They taste just like apple pi in donut form! So delicious, I may have to get some tonight. :-)
