The Arnold City Council only has three things on its agenda for tomorrow's 7 p.m. meeting: budget, paving and trash.
The council will have before it an ordnance to approve the city's budget for the 2013 fiscal year. They are slated to wave trash fees for the coming year and they will award a bid for new paving at Arnold City Park.
