Wait, I am confused, I thought you needed Pseudoephedrine to make meth and since one can no longer buy the substance without a doctor's prescription in Arnold, or Jefferson County, that we have stopped the meth epidemic in its tracks, that is what Sgt. Grellner said.......funny thing is, Highland Pharmaceuticals is pitching their "meth-lock" pseudoephedrine in the very same wake created by Sgt. Grellner of prescription only ordinances.......almost as if it was an intentional Go To Market Strategy.......most ironic is the fact that Grellner claims Pseudoephedrine is ineffective.........yet then tag teams with a firm what sells the very substance because of its efficacy.

It may be possible that this ambiguous article implies he was buying any number of other things involved in meth-making process. If you went out and bought ammonia, fertilizer and a number of bomb-making related materials you might get red-flagged as well.
