Fox Teacher Faces Sex Charge in St. Louis County

Fox C-6 School District Superintendent to hold news conference at 3:15 at the district's administrative offices.

St. Louis County police have jailed a Fox C-6 School District instructor Eugene R. Milzark, 34, in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Milzark with one count of sexual contact with a student.

Fox Schools Superintendent Dianne Brown will have a news conference about the investigation, at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 18, at the Fox School District administrative building.

Milzark is an English teacher at Fox Schools, reported Mehlville-OakvillePatch Editor Sarah Flagg.

Detectives began an investigation on Jan. 6 when they recieved a phone call from a victim who said her teacher had sexual intercourse with her in his home, said a St. Louis County Police Department news release.

The victim's school is in the Fox C-6 School District but the crime allegedly occurred at the suspect's St. Louis County apartment.

The Fox Schools district sent a letter to parents last week saying a teacher had been removed pending the result of an investigation, KSDK reported.

Superintendent Brown provided a copy of the letter to ArnoldPatch and said the school district is cooperating with investigators and that they removed Milzark from the school pending the results of the investigation.
