We went by there yesterday and they're closed!

It's been closed for over a week.

It might have to do with the fact that the Community Development Office imposed such ridiculous requirements as far as underground detention basins and vegetation, that people literally avoid that plaza altogether because they feel like they are stuck in a game of Labyrinth every time. China King is awesome, but delivery is the only way to go so you can avoid that disaster. At some point, questions need to be asked why business after business in that plaza fails, and I think to a large extent the redesigned lot is a part of it, and likely also has something to do with the inability to find a tenant for the old K-Mart, which the Citizens of Arnold have footed via TIF to the tune of $750,000 thus far.

Matt is correct, the layout of that plaza is ridiculous. I feel sorry for China King...best Chinese take-out in Arnold. We brave the maze to get there!
