Funeral Arrangements Announced for Seckman Football Player
Jacob Siebert, a freshman at Seckman High School, died unexpectedly earlier this week. A cause of death has not been determined, but autopsy results are expected to be released soon.
A visitation and memorial service for Jacob Siebert will be held on Monday at Windsor Baptist Church at 6701 Highway 61/67 in Imperial. The visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m., followed by the memorial service.
The 14 year old was a freshman football and lacrosse player at Seckman High School in Imperial. A cause of death has not been determined, but autopsy results are expected to be released soon.

There was a moment of silence for the teen at Thursday's district playoff game between Fox and Seckman. According to Fox 2, Jacob's youngest brother tossed the coin to start the game.
A memorial fund has been set up in honor of the teen at Heartland Bank in Arnold. You can write a check out to "Seckman Lacrosse Team" and either mail it or drop it off at the bank. The address is 1920 Richardson Road.
