Jefferson County Man Arrested on Child Porn and Sexual Exploitation Charges
Daniel Fuller faces 17 counts on charges ranging from incest to statutory sodomy to promoting child pornography.

A 46-year-old Pevely man was arrested Tuesday and charges were issued on a 17 criminal counts, including one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of promoting child pornography, eight counts of statutory sodomy and five counts of incest.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department, along with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, were contacted by the Nebraska State Patrol with information about child pornography. The information concerned a recording device purchased from a store in Nebraska by Daniel Fuller, 46, of the 9000 block of Ponderosa Dr., Pevely.
The camera later was returned to the store and a video was discovered that led the store to contact Nebraska law enforcement authorities, who in turn, notified the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
On Tuesday, detectives with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department, along with members of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, executed a search warrant at Fuller's Ponderosa address where several computers were seized and Fuller was taken into custody.
Fuller currently is being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $250,000 cash-only bond.
The ICAC program is a national network under the domain of the U.S. Department of Justice of 61 coordinated task forces representing more than 2,000 federal, state, and local law enforcement and prosecutorial agencies.

I know them and if any of this is true they have way two many people in the lives that will make sure there not out on the street. They need are love and prayers and the lord will make sure he pays for any wrong doing and watch over and heal the others in this. My love goes out to you both sides of family in this.

How could you do something to your own child? What a sick man who needs help. I'm glad he was that stupid to turn in those glasses that filmed him with his daughter. It was the break his daughter needed to put a stop to all this.

A sick man who needs help? No, I don't think so. If the allegations are true, then this is a defective and dangerous creature that should be terminated. Pedophiles are rarely rehabilitated, and almost always re-offend. It's just not worth the risk of destroying other young lives. If he is guilty, then he needs to disappear, permanently.

This man and his family went to church with here in Florida in my ward. Having sex with his own daughter and video taping it, no family needs to keep a person like that around. I am sure the church would help out his family and not let them live on the streets. Our church is good about helping those in need. Lock him up! He needs to suffer for what he has done.
