Party on Tribute Drive Ends in 3 Arrests

Friday, Jan. 4
- A woman who lives in the Starling Community told police that someone opened a credit card in her name and used it to purchase over $4,300 in merchandise from numerous locations.
- Store security at Walmart at 2201 Michigan stopped a 33-year-old Pevely woman for stealing $115.43 in merchandise. She was arrested, booked and later released.
- A 37-year-old French Village woman was arrested for driving while suspended and revoked after she was stopped for a traffic violation at Interstate 55 and Meramec River. Following booking, she was released pending arrest warrants.
- A woman told police that someone forged a withdrawal slip and withdrew $100 from her checking account.
Saturday, Jan. 5
Officers responded to a call for a fight at an adult party on Tribute Drive. Police arrested:
- a 42-year-old Affton man for third-degree assault and property damage;
- a 40-year-old Arnold woman for obstructing police and resisting arrest;
- and a 39-year-old Fenton man for second-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
A 15 year-old was detained for property damage and released at the scene to his grandmother. Following booking, all suspects were released pending arrest warrants.
