Poll: What Businesses Do We Need in Arnold?
Traders Joe's, a hospital, fitness club, a salad bar . . . Time to pipe up. What do you want to see in Arnold.
A lot of new businesses have arrived in Arnold in the last year. Starbucks, Five Guys Burger and Fries, Aldi's grocery store, Panda Express, Christian Brothers Automotive repair shop . . . are a few that immediately come to mind.
There's also a new senior living center under construction near Ferd B. Lang Park.
But what else to readers and Arnold residents want to enjoy in the city?
In a few ArnoldPatch articles and other websites, readers said they want to see an entertainment district in Arnold, sporting goods stores, home furniture reailers and a Trader Joe's grocery store.
Other readers, in emails, said they would like a hospital to open in Arnold.
So, as the editor for ArnoldPatch, I'm curious what do you want to have and enjoy in Arnold?
Pipe up, let me know. Hopefully we can forge the city to meet our future lifestyles.

We could use a Barnes and Noble, a buffet style restaurant, and a full service sporting goods store. More primary care doctors, and an animal rescue center on the middle of a busy place, to attract attention. A farmer's market and closer location for driver's testing would be nice as well.

What we don't need is more used car lots, gas stations and fast food restaurants. We must have the highest concentration of all of these in a 10 mile radius in the entire state! Would like to see more upscale stores (New Balance, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Three Dog Bakery, Planet Fitness, Barnes & Noble, Bed Bath & Beyond). Thanks for asking!
