Safety Day Planned for Arnold-Area Babysitters
If you're interested in learning more about preventing crises during babysitting, then this free Rock Community Fire Protection District class might be perfect for you.
Current and potential babysitters can learn more about how to prevent and handle crises during a safety day on Saturday, Sept. 8.
The Rock Community Fire Protection District will host the safety day at its headquarters at 3749 Telegraph Road, as noted in a district press release.
Attendees will learn about fire safety, disaster preparedness, choking and CPR skills, "stranger danger" and how to handle temperaments of different aged children, the release notes.
The free class is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It's for ages 11 and older.
