Watercolor Villas Come Into Shape

Although contractors have banned the public from the construction area, the senior care looks very promising.

A contractor's pickup truck sits in the middle of Watercolor Villas, an assisted living center for seniors, which is across from Ferd B. Lang park. Contractors are working to complete the residences which may be open by this summer.

Contractors at Watercolor Villas, a senior care residence across from Ferd B. Lang Park, seem to have taken advantage of this mild winter weather.

As reported in 2011, the assisted living center is an energy efficient, 50-unit complex offering two-bedroom residences that should appeal to low-income seniors.
