East of the 24 Hour Fitness building is another building that houses the new HotShots Sports Bar and Grill which opened at 131 Arnold Crossroads Ct., on June 4.
The new restaurant only occupies about a third of the building's length.
At the other end of the building, at 161 Arnold Crossroads Ct., is a small vacant retail space. The only neighbor is Sport Nails and Hair salon at 157 Arnold Crossroads Ct.
The salon could expand.
In case there's a business owner looking for space in Arnold Crossroads Court, there's a list of restaurants nearby.
Starbucks cafe, Polar Opposites ice cream and Panda Express restaurant all opened nearby within the last eight months.
Fast food restaurants Wendy's hamburgers, Steak n' Shake burgers, Arby's, McDonald's, Fazoli's Italian food restaurant, and Lion's Choice roast beef sandwiches are also near the vacant space.
Since there are so many restaurants nearby, maybe a different kind of business will succeed at the location.
