The City Clerk's office is located in The City of Arnold's City Hall, a building distinctly marked by a four story clock perched on top of a red-brick tower. The clerk's office handles billing for neighborhood sewer, improvement programs and senior citizen tax rebates. It also records all city documents and manages licensing for retailers, businesses and liquor sales.
