The Arnold Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Easter egg hunt, featuring over 14,000 eggs, bike giveaways and a variety of family activities, on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at Fox Football Field in Arnold.
This event is free to the community. Visitors and children will be able to participate in several fun activities beginning at 11 a.m.
The Easter egg hunt will begin promptly at noon. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The egg hunt is for children ages 1 to 8. There will be four separate designated areas for the hunt, with one area for each age group.
Children will also be able to have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny, so parents should bring their cameras. During the hunt that begins at 12 p.m., children will search for brightly colored plastic eggs, which will include a special sweet treat or toy. Eight bikes will be given away, two for each age group.

More About Fox Senior High School
Fox Senior High School is part of the Fox C-6 School District and has an enrollment of about 1,900 students. The City of Arnold is the largest city in Jefferson County. The high school is located on an enormous campus which also contains a district middle school, elementary school and the district's administrative offices.
In 2010, the school district was designated as one of 75 State Schools of Character nationwide by the Character Education Partnership. The partnership is a non-profit based in Washington, DC dedicated to character education in U.S. schools. More than 90 percent of students graduate, according to the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. About 71 percent of students enter a 2-year college or 4-year university program, the department said.
