Opened in 2005, this dual purpose building holds the Parks & Recreation Department's administrative offices and its community Recreation Center. The center is behind the Arnold Public Library and is connected by building hallway. The recreation center is a two-story building offering the public—for a membership fee—an indoor walking/jogging track, a lap pool, a children's pool, two basketball courts, a game room (foosball and air hockey), a senior center, a children's day care center and three meeting rooms. The center also offers a free-weight area, weight-lifing machines and numerous cardiovascular machines.
