Join the City of Arnold Parks and Recreation Department for a Howl-O-Ween Dog Pawty on Oct. 27th. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. The event will kick off with an all dog parade. Bring your pooch in their best costume tailored to the categories in our contest. We also have a Kids and K9's category for the kids and dogs to enter together in a costume category. We will also have pets up for adoption as well as boarders and kennels with obedience training demos! Concessions available!
