Fun for All at Rock Community CERT Trivia Night
A large crowd of about 300 were on hand to enjoy trivia and have fun at the recent Rock Community CERT Trivia night held Saturday March 9th at Immaculate Conception hall in Arnold.
The proceeds went to benefit the Community Emergency Response Team or CERT. The CERT team is comprised of volunteer civilians who are trained to assist in disaster situations when first responders are overwhelmed. The teams are trained in disaster preparedness, light search and rescue as well as assisting in their own neighborhoods.
If anyone is interested in joining the Rock Community CERT, they may call CERT Leader Mike Roth at 314-420-5969 for the next training class.
