Arnold Chamber of Commerce Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The Arnold Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Easter egg hunt, featuring over 20,000 eggs, bike giveaways and a variety of family activities, on Saturday, April 12th from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. The event took place at the Fox High School Football Field in Arnold, MO.
This event was a free family event which drew over 2000 children. Visitors and children were able to participate in several fun activities beginning at 11 a.m. The activities included face painting, seed planting, pictures with the Easter Bunny and much more. The Easter egg hunt was prompted at noon by the sound of the siren which was provided by the Arnold Police Department, Rock Community Fire Protection District and Rock Township Ambulance District. Our Master of Ceremony for this event was Donna Lawson from Eagle Bank.
There were over 27 candy and event sponsors for this year’s hunt. “It’s an amazing event that the community truly appreciates and looks forward to each year. The Chamber of Commerce does organize the event however if we didn't have the support of area businesses, volunteers, the students of Seckman High School’s A plus program, the Fox C-6 School district and our first responders this event could not be possible,” says Kelly Feldmann, Executive Director of the Arnold Chamber of Commerce.
