Arnold Family "strikes" a blow against diabetes

JDRF Hosted A “Striking” Afternoon of Bowling Fun at the end of July

New and returning JDRF (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) Walk teams enjoyed a summer Sunday afternoon of cosmic bowling in Crestwood.  After a tour of five Walk stations (Research Updates, Government Advocacy, Fundraising Tips, Walk Registration and Team Captain Materials), everyone was treated to an afternoon of fun bowling - including shoe rental!

JDRF is the only global organization with a strategic plan to end T1D (type 1 diabetes).  JDRF-funded research will ensure that life-changing therapies will lessen the impact of T1D.  JDRF wants to keep people (like Sophia) healthy and safe until the ultimate goal of a cure is reached.
