A.D.O.P.T. Sets Trivia Night Fund Raiser

Organization supporting a Jefferson County animal shelter will have plenty of questions on Nov. 10.

A.D.O.P.T., which is a support organization for an animal shelter in Jefferson County, has scheduled a trivia night fund raiser at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 2300 Church Road, Arnold.

A.D.O.P.T. is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to raise money for a an animal shelter in Jefferson County. Its mission is also to change the current method of animal control from euthanasia to rescue and adoption.

The emcee for the A.D.O.P.T. Trivia Night will be Kevin Carbery from the Jefferson County Leader. The event also will include a silent auction.

Tickets for the trivia night are $30 or $210 for a table of eight if paid in advance. Tables will be full price if paid at the door. Beer, soda, water and light snacks will be provided and attendees are encouraged to bring their own snacks.
