How did you get your job?
Five years ago, I applied here to be a counselor because I saw the people at the pool the year before, and it looked like something I wanted to do. I counseled for two years, then became director the following year. Then I was away at Springfield, (MO) for two summers, then decided to come back.

What do you like best about your job?
It’s not really a job. It’s time to hang out with the kids. I get to have fun all summer and be outside.
What do you like least?
Cicadas are kind of annoying, but we’re getting used to them. It’s nature.
