Learn About Your eReader at the Arnold Library

The Jefferson County Library's Arnold branch will have a free class for owners of Nooks, Kindles, Sony Readers or iPads.

 

Want to flip through the digital pages of an eBook, but not sure how? The  will have a free class just for you on Thursday, August 23 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Community Room.

If you own an eReader device or tablet, bring it along and the staff will show you how to check out and download library copies of eBooks and e-audiobooks with your Jefferson County Library card. The library uses the Missouri Libraries 2 Go collection, which currently contains Adobe PDF, Adobe EPUB, and Kindle e-books, which are supported by most e-readers and devices.

Over 4000 titles are available to check out in eBook form at the library.

The library will have several models of eBook readers to explore if you don’t own a device yet and but decide what brand to purchase.

The class is free, but seating is limited. RSVP at 636-296-5171 to reserve your space.
