Arnold City Park Closes Because of Rising Flood Waters

Friday evening's concert was cancelled too.

Rising flood waters has led to the closure of Arnold City Park and the cancellation of a concert that was scheduled for Friday evening. The news was shared on the City of Arnold Facebook page on Friday afternoon.

The full note from the city's Facebook page is shared below: 

"Flood waters are rising and Arnold City Park will be closed as of June 1st until further notice. Lucy’s Palace Band Concert, which was scheduled for June 1st in Arnold City Park, is also cancelled. Flamm City Boat Ramp, as well as Arnold 61-67 Boat Ramp, will also be closed until further notice. All Pavilions and ball fields in Arnold City Park are cancelled through June 9th. Please call 636-282-2380 for more information or to re-schedule. The Farmers Market, which is held in front of the entrance to Arnold City Park, will still be held on June 1st (at this time)."
