Then came the highways, the shopping malls and a faster more convenient lifestyle. Businesses needed retail space that is easily seen and acessed by drivers moving at 65 mph.
Eventually businesses moved from Jeffco Boulevard and left some low cost commercial retail real estate.

STL Beds, a bed and bedroom furniture seller, is the next door neighbor. Also there are two tax advisors and a tee-shirt logo maker nearby.
