The Arnold Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Donna Lawson, Eagle Bank, as the winner of the 2013 Don Earl Citizen of the Year Award.

This award is named after the late Don Earl (May 30, 2001), who had been a chamber member, active and longtime community volunteer.  Don Earl received the award in 2000 and passed away in 2001.

The Arnold Chamber of Commerce takes nominations for the award each year and then the membership votes to select the recipient.

This award is given to the person who most exemplifies the principal of giving of themselves to others through their extraordinary charitable work within the Arnold community (local civic clubs, churches, youth activities or community functions).

Year 2002 – Margie Sammons

Year 2003 -  Jeannine Clontz

Year 2004 -  Richard Simpson

Year 2005 -  Walter Moore

Year 2006 -  Ron Counts

Year 2008 – Sharon McQuire

Year 2009 – Wanda Simpson

Year 2010 -  Lynn Smothers

Year 2011- Kathy Flannigan

Year 2012- Beverly Leon
