Back to the Drawing Board in Arnold for 911 Tower Project

I think this is the first time I have ever commented on one of these blogs, but I feel compelled to point out of few items: First, while I represent Jefferson County 911 Dispatch ("911"), the 911 Board of Directors hired an outside contractor to usher the tower project through the administrative zoning/adjustment process. I have neither been consulted nor have I participated in the review of the notices or the placement of the notices on the site -- in Arnold or anywhere else in Jefferson County. Second, because I represent both 911 and the City of Arnold I am conflicted on this matter and separate counsel have been retained by both 911 and Arnold. (Ms. Borgelt is well aware of that fact, having actually voted on hiring special counsel. Instead of the providing the true facts, she clearly prefers misleading your readers at my expense.) Third, Ms. Borgelt's misleading statement/comment is a classic example of her "ready, shoot, aim" approach to life. Instead, of finding out the facts (by perhaps picking up the phone) she prefers to incite, slander, enflame and mislead. Fourth, this comment is yet another example of what appears to be Ms. Borgelt's very unhealthy fixation on me. It is starting to really creep me out. Finally, perhaps the Patch should consider fact checking certain people (e.g. Ms. Borgelt) who have a history of misunderstanding and/or misrepresenting the truth.

Whatever Bob. Seems you can always find someone other than yourself to be accountable. Deflect, blame shift, point the finger the other way, that is your usual method of operating
Your expense??? You mean the expense of the taxpayers, don't you? Ultimately they are the ones that end up paying for all of these debacles you just happen to be connnected to somehow. I wouldn't pick up a phone to call you if you were the last lawyer on earth, I wouldn't want to waste another cent of city or any other of the many taxpayer supported entity's money you work for. How many is it now? 7? By the way whom did you bill for this little memo? Will I find it in one of your monthly $17,000 bills labeled as investigating an allegation and/or threat? Unhealthy fixation? Yeah, I guess it is unhealthy...for you! I am merely following the money Bob and it seems to lead right to you.

I stand corrected! Although Mr. Sweeney is the regular attorney of record for both Jefferson County 911 and the City of Arnold, on this matter, Mr. Jeff Wagner is representing Jeffco 911 and Frank Vatterott is representing the City. I guess Mr. Sweeney doesn't communicate with these attorneys as frequently or in depth as he does with others handling cases for the city.
