Auditions for Story of the Velveteen Rabbit (3rd-5th) and HONK! (6th-9th)

Third through 5th graders will audition for The Story of Velveteen Rabbit, a musical adaptation about a boy who receives a stuffed rabbit for his birthday. The toy is an outcast among other toys but teaches valuable lessons about friendship and acceptance. Rehearsals begin on Feb. 2 and are every Sunday (except holidays) at the JCC Fox building from 2-5 p.m. and a few rehearsals and performance at the JCC Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur. Performance dates are Thurs., May 8th and Sunday, May 11th.

Sixth through 10th graders will audition for HONK!, an award-winning muscial that puts a modern rock twist on the tale of The Ugly Ducking. Rehearsals begin on Jan. 26th and are evey Sunday (except holidays) at the JCC Fox building from 2-5 p.m. and a few rehearsals and performance at the JCC Staenberg Family Complex in Creve Coeur. Performance dates are Thurs., Aprill 10th and Sunday, April 13th.

All who audition are cast. Registration fees are $245 for members and $275 for non-members. Payment plans and scholarships are available.
