Electronics Recycling Drive
Boy Scout Troop 744 in Arnold, MO, is offering an opportunity to do a good deed for the environment while helping fund scouting programs.
In partnership with Midwest Recycling Center (MRC), scouts from Troop 744 will collect electronic items for recycling from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 2, on the parking lot of Simpson Elementary School at 3585 Vogel Road in Arnold.
A portion of the proceeds will help pay for camping gear, summer camp and other scouting activities.

Items which can be dropped off for recycling include:
- Lab Equipment
- Medical Equipment (Electronic)
- Telecom Equipment
- Robotics Equipment
- Cell Phones
- Corded & Cordless Phones
- Pagers
- Servers
- All Computer Equipment
- Computer Accessories
- Computer Components
- Printers
- Copiers
- Scanners
- Video Games, Consoles, & Accessories
- Stereo Equipment
- Projectors
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Lead Acid Batteries
Televisions and computer monitors are the only items for which MRC charges fees. There is a $20 fee for televisions and a $10 fee for computer monitors.
