- Arnold city offices: Closed
- Arnold Recreation Center: Open
- FOX C-6 schools: Closed
- Jefferson County Library: Closed
- Jefferson College: Closed
- Retail stores: Open
- Supermarkets and liquor stores: Open
- Convenience stores: Open
- Bars and restaurants: Open
- Stock market: Closed
- Banks: Closed
- Post Office: Closed
