Winter Wonderland at Tilles Park Celebrate 28 years of holiday merry-making at Tilles Park! Winter Wonderland is open for vehicular traffic and carriage rides Sunday thru Friday from 5:30pm – 9:30pm, November 27-January 1. Closed Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Big Joel's Winter Wonderland! opens Friday at Big Joel's Safari, LLC.  Local Crafts, BJS Gift Cards/Season Passes, Ornaments, Novelties, and Gifts; Huge Light Display & Seasonal Animal Display; Camel Rides (check FB for availability). Open Fri/Sat/Sun, Nov 29-Dec 15.

500,000+ lights will make your eyes pop as you wander through the U.S. Bank Wild Lights at the Zoo!  The exhibit is open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, Nov. 29-Dec. 15; nightly Dec. 20-23 & 26-30, from 5:30 - 8:30 pm (Closed on Dec. 24 and 25).

 

Celebration of Lights - O'Fallon is a holiday light display at Fort Zumwalt Park in the City of O'Fallon.  Each scene is designed and funded by local organizations, churches and businesses. November 29 – December 30 (except Dec. 25).

 

The Greater Saint Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau brings you St. Charles Christmas Traditions. Main Street St. Charles comes alive with Santas from around the world, Victorian Carolers, and the Legends of Christmas, Join the festivities every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from the Nov 29-Dec 24!

 

Now in its 5th year, St Louis Holiday Magic returns to the America’s Center convention complex (November 29 - December 1, 2013) with rides, shopping, entertainment and even more kid’s activities!  Celebrate the holidays in St. Louis!

 

Santa is making his Ho-Ho-Home at the The Museum of Transportation this holiday season! Visit with Santa in the Wabash Caboose- be sure to bring your camera! Santa visits are included with regular Museum admission. Nov 29, 30, Dec. 1, 7-8, 14-15, 21-22.  And while you're there, come see the Macy's Holiday Train at the Museum, displayed in its new home, the The Museum of Transportation! Exhibit will be open from November 29 - December 30 and is included in regular Museum admission.

 

Winter Jewels  at The Butterfly House. The Conservatory will add a touch of white flowers and foliage, creating a display only seen during the holiday season. On weekends there will be games and activities exploring the beauty of the jewel-toned insects, as well as live animal encounters. Nov 29 - Jan 5.

 

Have Supper With Santa at The Butterfly House! Your ticket includes spaghetti dinner, a picture with Santa, butterfly hunt night walks through our Flight House, face painting, ornament making, storytime, and cookies with hot chocolate. November 30, December 1, 7, 8, 14 and 15.

Celebrate the holidays at Light Up the Loop!  In conjunction with Small Business Saturday, don't miss great deals, discounts, and fun events brought to you by The Delmar Loop individual businesses, as well as the Loop Special Business Districts.

 

Sunday
Holiday Storytime (Belleville) at Eckert's Country Store and Farms. Your children will sure to be entertained during our holiday story hour. They will enjoy hearing the story of the gingerbread man, then each child can make a gingerbread craft. Fun for kids of all ages. FREE. December 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 & 22.

 

Santa vs. The Snowman continues in the Omnimax at Saint Louis Science Center. This annual favorite film features all sorts of crazy antics by your favorite winter holiday characters. Screening daily through December 31st!

Drop-N-Shop Gymnastics Event at St. Louis Spirits Gymnastics Club. Drop your kids off at Spirits for gymnastics while you shop!

 

BLACK FRIDAY CAMP / PARENTS NIGHT OUT at Miss Kelly's Gym . Do you need some time to get started on your Holiday shopping? Does your child need somewhere fun and safe to play with friends? Look no further than Miss Kelly's special BLACK FRIDAY "Parents Night Out."

 

Black Friday Camp at My Gym - Chesterfield. Drop the kids off for 3 hours of fun at My Gym while you shop in the Chesterfield Commons or at the new outlet malls. Designed for children ages 2.5-9 years, camp includes games, relays, gymnastics, crafts & FUN! We'll also provide a snack & juice.

Thanksgiving Skate at Great Skate at Great Skate. Great Skate will be open Wednesday and Friday Nov 27 and 29 from 1 - 4pm. Join us for a great time on wheels!

 

Thursday
Storybook Safari at St. Louis Zoo. Stories come to life at the Children's Zoo! Bring the kids to hear a story read by a zookeeper and meet an animal that was featured in the book. Kids can make a souvenir rubbing of an animal track to take home. Tues & Thurs, Nov 28-Dec 12, at 11am.

 

Saturday
Owl Prowl at World Bird Sanctuary. Learn more about the amazing life of Owls! A WBS naturalist will introduce you to live owls and their unique calls. Then, take an easy night hike through our grounds to try and call in a wild owl.

 

Sunday
Family Sundays at the Art Musuem! at St. Louis Art Museum. You’re invited to the Museum every Sunday afternoon for hands-on art activities and a lively 30–minute family tour through the galleries. Each month’s family activities focus on a different, family-friendly theme. Family Tour leaves at 2:30 pm.

 

Tails, Trails and Twinkles at National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows. Bring your canine friends/family members to enjoy a walk through the lights at National Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows. During the Barket & Expo, pet-friendly vendors will be on hand with opportunities to shop for your four-legged friends.
