A Christmas Carol at The Fabulous Fox Theatre. Nebraska Theatre Caravan's beloved tradition A Christmas Carol is coming to the Fox Theatre December 5-8!

Footloose at Kirkwood Parks and Recreation. Crestwood/Kirkwood Youth Theatre presents: "Footloose" Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 5-7 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8 2 p.m. All tickets $7 each and go on sale, Oct. 21 Call 314-822-5855 for additional information or purchase tickets

Holiday “Pops” Spectacular by St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra. The Philharmonic’s long tradition of ringing in the holiday season with a festive evening of orchestral favorites continues on Friday at 8pm in the Purser Auditorium at Logan University. Featuring the Kirkwood Children's Concert Choir.

Saturday-Sunday:


Christmas at the Cathedral at Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis. The 9th Annual Christmas at the Cathedral concert is the perfect way to celebrate the holidays! The concert includes the Archdiocesan Adult Choir, Children’s Choir, Handbell Choir, and Orchestra all in the sonic splendor of the Cathedral Basilica.

Winter Jewels  at The Butterfly House. The Conservatory will add a touch of white flowers and foliage, creating a display only seen during the holiday season. On weekends there will be games and activities exploring the beauty of the jewel-toned insects, as well as live animal encounters.

Santa vs. The Snowman at Saint Louis Science Center. Santa vs. The Snowman is an annual favorite film featuring all sorts of crazy antics by your favorite winter holiday characters. Don't miss this holiday season favorite screening daily from November 22nd through December 31st!

Friday: 


Tippi Toes at the Magic House Fitness Fun Friday!  Come join Tippi Toes St. Louis at The Magic House Fitness Fun Fridays for some boogie woogieing fitness fun!!

Holiday Balloon Glow at City of Wildwood. The City of Wildwood hosts its annual Holiday Balloon Glow at Town Center Plaza, Friday, December 6 from 6:00 - 8:00pm.

Shimmer and Shine Snowflake Celebration at American Girl - St. Louis. Make the season bright with your special girl! You’ll inspire merry memories as you create a snowflake craft and dine together at American Girl. Includes a delicious meal, a special memory book, and an American Girl quiz book to take home.

Owl Prowl at World Bird Sanctuary. Learn more about the amazing life of Owls! A WBS naturalist will introduce you to live owls and their unique calls. Then, take an easy night hike through our grounds to try and call in a wild owl.

Christmas in Kimmswick  at Kimmswick, MO. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas in Kimmswick. The shops will be decked out in their Holiday Splendor, Carolers will be strolling the streets, and Horse Drawn Carraige Rides will carry you back to a time gone by.

Saturday: 


Skate with Santa at Steinberg Skating Rink . Come to Steinberg Skating Rink in Forest Park and skate with Santa! Saturday, December 7 from 1-3pm.

Candy Cane Hunt at The St. Louis Carousel at Faust Park . The Carousel's deer have hidden candy canes in Faust Park! Purchase your tickets and meet on the playground! For ages 2-10 yrs.

Paws ‘n’ Claus at Taubman Prestige Outlets. Santa Claus is coming to Treats Unleashed at Taubman Prestige Outlets on December 7th & December 14th from 11am-3pm. Get a photo of your four-legged friend with Santa and a special doggy treat, too!

Sunday: 



Family Sundays at the Art Musuem! at St. Louis Art Museum. Visit the Museum in December for multicultural winter celebrations! Bring your entire family in to enjoy art activities inspired by Diwali, Hanukkah, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and Christmas holiday traditions. Each week will include special treats, performances, and scavenger hunts that teach about these different cultural groups. Family Tour leaves at 2:30 pm.
