THE NUTCRACKER  at the Touhill Performing Arts Center performed by Saint Louis Ballet  through 12/29.

Celebrating Kwaanza? Check out these area events:

Friday: Kwanzaa: Festival of the First Fruits at Missouri Botanical Garden. The Kwanzaa ceremony features storytelling, craft/jewelry displays, and authentic African drumming and musical performances.

Sunday: Family Sundays at the Art Musuem!   The entire family will enjoy multicultural winter celebrations, with this week featuring a Kwanzaa celebration!

Happy New Year at Great Skate!  It's a New Years Eve Party at Great Skate! Bring your family for a fun night of skating, food, games, and celebrating a new year together.

Noontime New Year’s Eve at Whole Foods Market - Town & Country. Ring in the New Year early with a noontime celebration at Whole Foods Market! The kids will parade around the store with noise makers; we'll serve three healthy recipes to help them start the New Year off in a healthy way; then make a fun craft!

ContinuingFootball the Exhibit at The Magic House. The highly interactive traveling exhibit, Football, introduces visitors to the science, mathematics & technology behind the game and how they relate to our everyday lives.

 

Friday

Raja's 21st Birthday Celebration! at St. Louis Zoo. The Saint Louis Zoo’s bull elephant, Raja, will receive special presents at 11am on his birthday, December 27, in River’s Edge at the Zoo, weather permitting. Visitors are invited to sing “Happy Birthday” and cheer for Raja who turns 21 this year.

Winter Break Puppet Shows at The St. Louis Carousel at Faust Park . Take time this winter break to bring your children to see a puppet show and enjoy a ride on the historic carouse!

St. Charles Chill v. Allen Americans  at the Family Arena!

 

Saturday & Monday at Missouri History Museum: Bring your family to the Museum for a FREE afternoon movie. Light snacks will be offered. Kids can enter to win a prize basket provided by Radio Disney.

The Saint Louis Science Center is a great place to go! Think about seeing one of their movies showing at the Omnimax Theater:

         Plus, the younget set will love the buggy, hands-on experience of Harry’s Big Adventure: My Bug World!

Winter Break Workshop  Want to keep dancing over Winter Break? Or take this special one time opportunity to introduce your child to dance with no commitment? Join us! On Monday Dec. 30th for a full night of classes in various styles for kids ages 2+!

Fairy Princess Workshop  Join us for a Special Workshop exclusive to little fairies ages 3 - 6yrs. On Dec. 30th from 6:15 - 7pm, we will play dress up as fairies! We will play fairy games, make a craft, and let our imaginations run wild in a fairy kingdom!
