3 Dogs Confront Woman on Doe Run Drive, Animal Control Steps In

Arnold Police Department supplied the following information for Thursday's crime report. Arrests or charges mentioned in this report do not indicate convictions.

Here are a few of the crimes that occurred June 11 in the City of Arnold. Arnold Patch obtained the accounts from the Arnold Police Department.

Third-Degree Assault/Peace Disturbance: Two men threatened a woman outside an apartment complex in the 1200 block or Airglades. The woman said two men ran from the location before police arrived. They were later arrested, booked and released on summons.

Animal Bite: A woman reported taking a walk on Doe Run Drive when three dogs suddenly came at her. Police report none of the dogs were aggressive breeds; however, the largest jumped on her causing an injury requiring medical attention. Animal control took the animal.

Theft: An employee at Shop N Save, located at 1253 Water Tower Place, stopped a woman fond to be stealing. The 32 year-old O'Fallon, Ill. woman stole $217 worth of baby formula. She was arrested and released on a summons.  

Drug Paraphernalia Possession: An officer checking on a suspicious occupied vehicle in the 2000 block of Key West Drive, ended up arresting a 21-year old woman for drug paraphernalia. She was later released on summons.
