300 Attend Rock Community Fire Protection District's Open House
The annual event featured tours of the firehouse and free goodies from local restaurants.
The Rock Community Fire Protection District extends a special “Thank you” to everyone who attended Saturday's open house event.
District officials are calling the event a huge success. About 300 people attended the open house, which was held at the district's headquarters located at 3749 Telegraph.
Guests received tours of the firehouse and trucks and demonstrations of various apparatus. Guests also were able to sample treats from several restaurants, including Frankie Gianino’s, Culver's, Chick-Fil-A, Weber’s Front Row and Café Arnold.
