Arnold House Fire Monday Claims One Life

The fire began around 2 p.m. in the 2400 block of Bock Road near Jeffco Blvd.

One man has died in an afternoon house fire in the 2400 block of Bock Road near Jeffco Blvd. in Arnold. The name of the man has not been released

Firefighters told KSDK-TV the man was overcome with smoke when the fire began around 2 p.m. this afternoon. The cause of the fire is unknown.

According to KMOV-TV, frefighters were able to put out the blaze, but the home sustained heavy damage.
