Arnold Police Nab Peeping Tom at Target

Imperial man charged is a repeat offender, reported local TV news stations.

Arnold police charged Gabriel Wood, 28, of Imperial with invading the privacy of a 14-year old girl while she was in a Target dressing room at 3849 Vogel Road, St. Louis news station KDSK reported.

The victim’s mother allegedly saw Wood looking over the stall, Talia Kaplan reported during a 2-minute report on Wednesday night’s 6 p.m. news show. The victim took a few bathing suits to the dressing room.

The Target in Arnold is remodeling and the current dressing area is a large room with a divider between the men’s and women’s dressing areas, Arnold police said to Kaplan.

The divider is 8-9 feet tall and the ceiling is about 11-12 feet tall, said an unidentified man on the KDSK video story.

The local Fox News station said, in a separate news report, a recent Supreme Court decision makes an invasion of privacy charge a sex offense.
