Arnold Remembers September 11 Heroes

The City of Arnold held a memorial service on the morning of Sept. 11 at the Arnold Recreation Center's 9/11 Memorial Garden. Officials from Arnold police, Rock Community Fire and Rock Township Ambulance attended the ceremony.
