Arnold Target Settles Lawsuit Involving Peeping Tom

The Arnold Target has settled a lawsuit involving a peeping Tom who watched a 14-year-old girl trying on clothing in a dressing room and took photos in February 2011.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, according to an article on stltoday.com. The suit claimed Target was to blame for the incident because the dressing room walls did not go all the way to the ceiling.
Gabriel Wood, of Pevely, was charged with invasion of privacy, stltoday.com reports. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced in November to 180 days in jail.
