DWI Checkpoints Planned for August in Jefferson County

These three communities have scheduled sobriety checkpoints this month.

More DWI checkpoints are planned across Jefferson County this month.

Sheriff Oliver “Glenn” Boyer announced the checkpoints in a news release on Tuesday. 

The first scheduled checkpoint is planned on Aug. 18 in Arnold, the release notes. That will be followed by a checkpoint on Aug. 23 in Fenton and Aug. 30 in House Springs. 

Both the St. Louis County Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol have announced DWI checkpoints in August too.
