Arnold Police Arrest 9 for DWI, Drugs, Paraphernalia

Nine people were taken into custody by Arnold police for DWI or drug and/or paraphernalia possession between March 11 and 16.

Monday, March 11

  • A 36-year-old Arnold woman was arrested for DWI after being stopped for a traffic violation at Terrazza Grill at 250 Arnold Crossroads Center. She later refused to give a breath sample. Following booking, she was released to a sober driver.
  • A 24-year-old Arnold man was arrested for DWI after he was stopped for a traffic violation at Arnold Tenbrook Road and Rivershore. He later refused to submit to a breath test. Following booking, he was released to a sober driver.

Tuesday, March 12

Officers on traffic stop at Tenbrook Road and Hyde Park arrested a 38-year-old Arnold man for DWI. His blood alcohol content was .154 percent. Following booking, he was released to a sober driver pending his return to municipal court.

Wednesday, March 13

An officer on a traffic stop at 1900 Meyer Drury Lane arrested a 31-year-old St. Louis woman for being in possession of marijuana. She was also wanted on outstanding warrants from the Florissant Police Department.

Friday, March 15

  • A 30-year-old St. Louis man was arrested for being in possession drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 1289 Jeffco Blvd. The passenger in the vehicle, a 19-year-old St. Louis man, was also arrested for being in possession of drug paraphernalia as well as having a small amount of marijuana. Both men were released on summons. 
  • A 43-year-old St. Louis man was arrested for DWI after being stopped at 3900 Vogel Rd. The man refused a breath test. After booking, he was released to sober driver.

Saturday, March 16

  • Officers on traffic stop at Jeffco Boulevard and Church Road arrested a 52-year-old Arnold man for DWI. The man refused a breath test. After booking, he was released to sober driver.
  • While conducting a traffic stop at Briarwood Manor and Richardson Road, the driver, later identified as 22-year-old Arnold man, fled from the vehicle and ran into a wooded area. He was unable to be found after an exhaustive search. He had multiple warrants for his arrest from several area departments. The passenger of the vehicle, a 27-year-old St. Louis man, was arrested for being in possession of a small amount of marijuana. He had warrants from the St. Louis County Police Department. After booking, he was released on summons for the drug charge and held pending bond for St. Louis County.
