Fenton Mom Arrested for Trespassing, Says She was Getting Clothes to Wash

The woman climbed through a small opening near a gate at K&K Car Repair, and got inside her daughter's car.

A 46-year-old Fenton woman was recently arrested for trespassing.

According to police, she climbed through a gate at K&K Car Repair, located at 1740 Jeffco Blvd., where her daughter’s vehicle had been towed and impounded, Arnold Police Maj. Nick McBroom said.

On June 2 at about 8:29 a.m., police got a call that the woman had climbed through a small opening near the gate and got inside her daughter’s car to retrieve items from inside it, McBroom said.

“She said she was getting clothing so she could wash it,” McBroom said.

The woman was issued a summons to appear in Municipal Court and was released at the scene, Arnold Police reported.
