Man Exposes Himself in Parking Space Argument

The Arnold Police Department provided the following information. None of it indicates a conviction or guilty plea.

June 4

Stealing—A victim reported a camera, wallet and other personal items missing from his unlocked vehicle, which was parked at Arnold Crossroads between 2:45 and 3 p.m. The vehicle door was also damaged.

Surrendering to Police—An Arnold man, 20, turned himself in at the at about 1:30 a.m. because he was wanted for theft, assault and fleeing arrest.

June 5

Driving on a Revoked License—After calls about a loud disturbance on East Highview at 4 p.m., Arnold police stopped an Arnold man, 29, as he was leaving the area. Police arrested the man on his fifth offense of driving on a revoked license, a felony. His passenger, a 29-year-old Arnold woman, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Officers found no disturbance.

Sexual Misconduct—A Desoto man, 28, was arrested on Vogel Road at 4:45 p.m. for committing a lewd act on a parking lot. He was booked and released on a court summons.

Stealing— store employees, at 2150 Michigan Ave., reported that they caught a juvenile girl shoplifting about  $103 worth of merchandise at about 6 p.m. The girl was released to her parent.

Public Nudity—A woman reported that during an argument with an Arnold man, 52, about handicapped parking space on West Outer Road, the man pulled down his pants and exposed himself to her at about 8:15 p.m. Police took the man into custody, charged and released him on a court summons.
