Mass Casualty Drill Tests Windsor High School Students

The school's Teen Student Emergency Response Team practiced preparedness in case of a disaster during school hours.

Students at Windsor High School recently practiced a mass casualty drill with several students acting as injured victims, according to a news release from Rock Community Fire District.

The students simulated the aftermath of a major gas explosion resulting from an earthquake.

The Teen Student Emergency Response Team (SERT) is an elite team of teens trained by Rock Community Fire District to respond to emergencies in the event of a natural or manmade disaster at school.
