Men Stole Hawaiian Punch, Remote Control Cars From Arnold Home, Police Say

Three Jefferson County men were charged with second-degree burglary in connection to the incident.

Two Imperial men are facing charges in connection to a home burglary in Arnold where junk food, jewelry and electronics were taken.

Brandon Rulo, 17, of the 4700 block of Kirchoff Lane and Nicholas Durbin, 20, of the 3700 block of Dennis Drive have been charged with second-degree burglary.

A third man, 19-year-old Blake Young, of the 4700 block of Wilbert Road in High Ridge, also was charged.

On Nov. 4, the three men stole Hawaiian Punch, Doritos, Oatmeal Creme Pies, jewelry, watches, two remote control cars, a toolbox and television from a home in the 400 block of Oak Bridge Drive in Arnold, stated Jefferson County police in court documents.

Police say the three men stole the items from the stepmom of one of the suspects, according to court documents. She told police that he wasn't allowed in the home any longer because he had stolen from her in the past, according to court documents.

In January, Patch wrote about Young also being charged in connection to a House Springs burglary.

Second-degree burglary is a class C felony and carries with it a punishment of up to one year in jail or one to 7 years in a state prison and/or up to a $5,000 fine.

Charges and allegations mentioned in this report do not indicate convictions.
