A 24-year-old Imperial man was arrested on June 21 on Hwy 141 at Astraway Drive after someone witnessed the vehicle swerving and called police.
According to the Arnold Police department, an officer conducted an area canvass for the vehicle after the call about it leaving Hucks, located at 3700 Jeffco Blvd. Police found the reported vehicle and pulled it over for a traffic violation, according to police. The police officer arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated.
Maj. Nick McBroom said the man was booked and released on summons after refusing to submit a breath sample.

"Someone called in on a car driving in an erratic matter on I-55," McBroom said. "We endedup finding the vehicle not too far from where it was reported on JeffCo Blvd."
