Jefferson County Sheriff's Department 'Most Wanted' fugitives list includes Stanley Rulo, wanted for burglary and known for being violent.
The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department 10 Most Wanted list currently includes suspects wanted for unlawful use of a weapon, statutory rape, murder, robbery and armed criminal action.
Among them is Stanley Rulo, pictured here. He is wanted for second-degree burglary. He is noted as being physically violent.
