Police: DWI Arrests Made on Plaza Way, St. Johns Church Road

Monday, Aug. 27

Driving while intoxicated — At 11:50 p.m., a 27-year-old Imperial man was arrested in the area of Jeffco Boulevard and St. Johns Church Road on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. The man had a BAC of .175, police report.

Stealing — Items were reported stolen from vehicles parked on Starlight Drive overnight.

Stealing — A car stereo was reported stolen overnight from a locked vehicle parked on Libra Drive.

Driving while suspended — A 37-year-old Arnold man was arrested after a traffic stop in the area of Jeffco Boulevard and Tenbrook Road on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Driving while intoxicated — At noon, a 44-year-old Imperial man was arrested following a traffic accident on Plaza Way on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He had a BAC of .158, police report.

Wednesday, Aug. 29

Drug arrest — A 15-year-old boy was transported to juvenile detention after police discovered him in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police report. He and two other juveniles were at around noon when they were discovered. The other two were released to their parents.

Stealing — A 42-year-old Imperial man turned himself into police and confessed to stealing a wallet from a Phillips 66 gas station on Sunday, Aug. 26, police report.

Property damage — At 4:03 p.m., the window to a home on Apollo Drive was reported damaged. Two men were seen fleeing the area, police report.

Driving while intoxicated — At 12:50 a.m., a 39-year-old St. Louis woman was arrested in the area of Interstate 55 and Church Road on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. She refused to provide a breath sample, police report.
