Police Report: More Missing Items from Unlocked Vehicles

The Arnold Police Department provided the following information. None of it indicates a conviction or guilty plea.

June 27

Missing Camera—At 7:35 a.m., a woman reported her Nikon digital camera missing from her unlocked car that was parked overnight on Nancy Lane. The camera’s value is $200.

Disturbing the Peace—Arnold police arrested an Arnold woman, 44, after investigating a June 24 report of someone disturbing the peace on Airglades Drive. Police booked the woman and released her on a court summons.

Missing Debit Card—A Fox Pointe Drive man reported his debit card missing and that it had been used on June 24 to purchase about $600 of merchandise at Walmart in O’Fallon. The man said he did not remember when the card went missing.

Cellphone Missing—A man reported his $300 cell phone missing from his unlocked car that was parked overnight on June Drive.

June 29

GPS Missing—A woman reported a GPS unit and DVD player, a combined value of $300, missing from her unlocked car parked overnight on Richardson Place Drive.

Drug Paraphernalia Possession—Police investigating a call about drug possession in the 1400 block of Avion Drive stopped a girl at 3 p.m. Police learned the girl possessed drug paraphernalia, reported her to the Deputy Juvenile Officer and released her to her parents.

Stealing, Methamphetamine Production— Arnold police investigating a $10 shoplifting charge at about 5 p.m. at , at 2210 Michigan Ave., learned the suspect bought supplies to manufacture methamphetamine. Police arrested and charged the Festus man, 34, and took possession of the meth-making items.

Underage Alcohol Possession—Police investigated a call of suspicious persons at 10 p.m. on Starling Airport Road and arrested two Arnold men, ages 18 and 20, for alcohol possession.

Driving While Influenced —A St. Louis man, 20, faces charges of driving while influenced near the intersection of Old LeMay Ferry and Watercolor Drive at 1:10 a.m. He had a blood alcohol content of 0.104 percent. Police booked the man and later released him to a sober driver.
